Shipping and returns

Quotes come first

Every order starts with a written quote on WhatsApp or email. The quote states the adapters, any thermostat, installation if you chose it, delivery cost and delivery time to your city. Nothing is charged until you accept it.

Shipping

Supply orders ship internationally by tracked courier. Delivery time and cost depend on your country and are confirmed in the quote. Each order includes the wiring diagram for your AC model.

If an adapter doesn't fit

We check compatibility from your model numbers and photos before quoting. If an adapter we confirmed doesn't fit the unit it was quoted for, contact us and we'll replace it with the right model or refund it.

Returns

The return terms for your order are stated in your quote before you pay. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty terms apply. The Pro 6S, for example, carries a 2-year limited warranty according to the manufacturer's manual. Your quote states the warranty for each product.
